Tean Beauty Bootcamp - 16-18 years
Confidence, practical knowledge and creativity are all important factors as girls develop through their teen years. Let me equip them with advice, gathered tips and techniques on their presentation this way they can 'show the world' a true self with expression, energy and enthusiasm!
"This Teen Beauty Bootcamp has been designed especially for girls of 16-18 years of age. I have included in this 2 day workshop all aspects of Skin-Care, Make-up Application, Hairstyling, Healthy Eating, Creative Fashion, Everyday Etiquette, Confidence / Life Coaching and Photo Ready - all very valuable, yet simple, hands-on techniques and knowledge"
09.30am - Meet and socialize – enjoy a fresh fruit smoothie.
10.00am - Healthy Food Choices – tips for clear skin, shiny hair, strong nails etc.
10.45am - Change into spa robes, slippers and hairbands.
11.00am - Skin Instruction, demo and then girls to their own beauty stations to ‘try it yourself’. Tips on eyebrow shaping, eyecreams etc.
12.00pm - Manicure/Nail Art on themselves or each other using creative polish techniques, crystals, etc. + Exercise Awareness discussion.
1.00pm - LUNCH
2.00pm - Make-up Workshop. Demo on model for ‘fresh face’ then to beauty stations to try technique. Second demo and instruction on ‘Fresh Faced’ to Fabulous’ – daytime to nightime !! Bodycare and grooming tips – exfoliation, moisturizing etc. Presentation - first impressions and interview ready.
4.30pm - Tea and cake.
5.00pm - Finish.
9.30am - Meet and socialize enjoy a fresh fruit smoothie.
10.00am - ‘Dress for your body type’ – to include tips on choosing the correct underwear, proportions, trends, mix & match, improvising, shoe styles, accessories, key pieces etc. Examples and outfits taken from our clothes rail.
12.00pm - LUNCH
1.00pm - ‘Fresh Face’ application – each girl applies their make-up – referring to the day befores instruction.
2.00pm - Headshot photo taken of each girl with professional photographer for their portfolio.
2.30pm - Supermodel make-up – instruction and demo on how to go from fresh-face make-up to Supermodel Status!! Be creative with colour, eyelashes, crystals etc.
4.00pm - Supermodel Hair – instruction, demo, ideas then ‘create your signature’ with extensions, wigs, accessories etc. - ready for the photoshoot.
4.30pm - Photoshoot – each girl has full length photo taken for their portfolio – they have the choice to create an outfit from the clothes rail.
5.30pm - Finish.
